Anyone can hold a balance across a snapshot instant. Nobody can lock tokens for ninety days and have them back the next morning — which is why a lock is worth a multiplier when a balance alone is not. This creates one on Jupiter Lock, an audited program Slucex does not own and cannot alter, and the escrow it writes is readable by anyone.
There is no undo. A lock made here cannot be cancelled, shortened, or redirected by you, by Slucex, or by the project — that is the entire point of it, and it is the one thing on this site that no amount of asking can reverse.
A lock is created from the wallet that holds the tokens and is released back to that same wallet. Connect the one you hold them in.
A note on what most locks on Robinhood Chain actually are: 90.6% of the 417,020 escrows on this program can be cancelled by one of the parties at any moment, which is the default on Jupiter’s own interface and is a vesting schedule rather than a lock. Locks made here cannot be — they are created in the mode that 23,827 escrows use and that not one of them has ever been cancelled from.
